    • October 19, 2024 - We depart in the morning via motorcoach to Elkins, West Virginia where we board the New Tygart Flyer Train.  On this spectacular journey, led be a diesel engine, we ascend the mountains, through a tunnel, passing scenic countryside with densely forested mountain slopes, paralleling the Cheat River before reaching our destination of High Falls of the Cheat. 
    • October 19, 2024 - Once we arrive at our destination, take a short walk to see a beautiful waterfall in a very pristine area.  Enjoy lunch on the ride up to see High Falls of the Cheat and dessert on the way back to Elkins.  Our deluxe climate controlled railcar has large viewing windows to enjoy the fabulous fall foliage on this memorable, 4 hour, 46 mile ride. We then stop in Marietta, Ohio for included dinner at the historic Lafayette Hotel.
