August 13, 2019 ––With schools resuming, AAA Oklahoma locations wrapped up school supply collections earlier this month and delivered them to support students and schools.

The campaign encouraged AAA associates, members and the public to donate new, unused school supplies. The local schools chosen by AAA associates to support through the 2019 collection drive include:

• Darnaby Elementary School, Tulsa
• Deborah Brown Community School, Tulsa
• Eisenhower Elementary School, Norman
• Hawthorne Elementary School, Tulsa
• Jane Phillips Elementary School, Bartlesville
• Kaiser Elementary School, OKC
• Kendall-Whittier Elementary School, Tulsa
• Leisure Park Elementary School, Broken Arrow
• Orvis Risner Elementary School, Edmond
• Southeast Elementary School, Jenks
• Webbers Falls Elementary School, Webbers Falls
• Westwood Elementary School, Stillwater

“AAA cares deeply about the communities in which we live and serve,” says Leslie Gamble, manager of Public and Government Affairs. “The school supply drive aims to ensure that students and teachers have what they need when they get to school, which takes pressure off children and families and gets the school year off to a great start.”
