AAA will charge an additional non-refundable Immediate Service Fee if roadside assistance is requested at the time a Member joins or canceled Member renews with the Club beyond their Membership Grace Period . This fee will be in addition to the normal Membership dues and enrollment fee, if applicable.
Membership Refund Policy within First 3 Months of Membership:
At any time during the first three months of your new Membership (including any upgrades and added household Members), you decide AAA isn’t right for you - simply cancel. We will refund the unused portion of your paid Membership dues.
Overpayments will be applied to your next Membership renewal or on a request basis will be 100% refunded. No other refunds will be granted.
AAA Club Alliance may charge a non-refundable Enrollment Fee for joining the Club.
Roadside Assistance Policy:
The Club reserves the right to cancel the Membership for a Member’s abusive use of Roadside Assistance Services of the Club (“Services”). In addition, a Member who requests or uses an excessive amount of service; that is, uses services over a sustained period that are greater than the average Member uses, may be subject to Membership downgrades at renewal or the non-renewal of the Membership.
Members are expected to submit and maintain accurate and current Member information in connection with their Memberships. Such information includes name, address, email address, mobile and landline telephone number, date of birth, and make, model and year of vehicle. You consent to AAA calling or texting you on the telephone number you have provided using an autodialed and/or prerecorded or artificial voice message to provide you with information regarding your Membership and/or marketing messages. You are not required to agree to receive prerecorded or artificial voice messages and, if applicable, calls to your wireless phone, as a condition of your Membership. Periodically, we will utilize the National Change of Address (NCOA) system as well as other available databases and information to update the mailing address of Members. Members can change their account information by accessing AAA.com and updating their profile, by calling 866-636-2377, in person at a AAA Store, or by mail addressed to AAA, 1 River Place, Wilmington, DE 19801. We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or email that is lost, delayed, or misdirected. In order to obtain Membership benefits, the name on your Membership Card must match the name on your valid government issued identification. We may send you a temporary Membership card as part of a promotion at no cost to you (“Temporary Promotional Membership Card”). Any Temporary Promotional Membership Card provides limited Membership benefits. Membership products and services may vary depending upon your geographic location. Membership dues and fees may change without notice.
