Teens are among the riskiest drivers on the road, crashing four times more often than adult drivers. In fact, car crashes are the leading cause of death among people age 16-20, killing more than 5,600 teens each year.
The Mid-Atlantic Foundation for Safety and Education seeks to change these statistics though our educational outreach to the community.
Presentation topics offered by Foundation Educators include, but not limited to:
- Distracted Driving – more than just the cell phone
- Drunk & Drugged Driving – understanding the effects of alcohol, marijuana and over the counter medications
- Seatbelts and Airbags – lifesavers if used correctly
- Graduated Driver Licensing Programs – how passengers and nighttime restrictions can save a life
Each presentation can be customized to fit the needs of your organization.
